About Our Online Bookstore
Ordering goods through the Internet should make life easier, not more complicated. That's why we have designed our online bookstore to be as simple to use as possible.
Payments
Our bookstore uses PayPal to securely process all online payments. This means you can make your payment by using either a credit card or PayPal account. Your credit card and bank account details are not provided to China Compass.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via air mail from Hong Kong, using the fastest delivery method available at the time, up to the amount you have paid for shipping and handling. Delivery generally takes about seven days, however we suggest you allow up to three weeks, to be safe. We will provide you with an estimated time of arrival when we process your order.
Larger orders will qualify for a tracking ID. If you are provided with a tracking ID after placing your order, you can visit www.hongkongpost.com to check the delivery status.
If you wish to place a large order, and prefer to receive your order via surface mail, please contact us prior to placing your order so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
Refund Policy
Goods that arrive damaged or faulty may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, for replacement or a full refund (excluding shipping). Refunds will be made through PayPal once the goods have been returned.
